If your order is returned as undeliverable, you will be refunded the cost of the products (but not the shipping cost).
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return your product, please email Lauren at email@example.com and we will supply you with a return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Onward Wander Studio paper products (prints, cards and calendars) are to be handled with clean hands and care. The texture on some of the prints can attract dust, and is best to be kept sealed until ready to hang or frame.

Order Fulfillment Please allow 2–5 weeks of wait time for production and packaging. If this is a rush order, I may be able to make it work—let’s talk!
Payment Payment must be made upon order.
Cancellation You may cancel a wholesale request within 48 hours of placing the order.
Shipping Orders will be shipped USPS Priority. For overnight shipping or rush orders, extra shipping cost is needed. Shipping cost is added to product invoice.
Damages and Defects Please inspect all shipments upon arrival. If any items are damaged, please contact Lauren at firstname.lastname@example.org or (215) 962-5178 within 3 days of delivery. If your shipment is damaged, please keep all materials and I will contact the carrier about this issue.
